FAQ's

Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?
20% VAT is only charged to UK customers. Customers from outside of the UK will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving goods. Goods refused on the basis of local taxes may incur cancellation charges. Your local distribution centre will use the details on your order to contact you to arrange clearing these costs.
Providing your VAT registration numbers and EORI numbers with your order will help with the new shipping and customs processes in place.

When will my order get shipped? 
We offer same day shipping if the order has been paid for by 3:00pm Monday-Thursday for UK and EU and 1:00pm for USA.  Orders paid for later than 3:00pm will be shipped the next working day.  

How often do you receive new deliveries?
We receive new stock on every week.  Please check the website as often as you can & sign up to the newsletters for regular updates.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes most probably! We have customers from New Zealand to Nigeria, USA to the UAE.  Our integrated shipping service will give you a shipping cost and delivery time when you check out. Please make yourself aware of your local customs charges and taxes before ordering as these vary between countries. Refusing to pay these charges and orders being returned may incur cancellation charges.

What size is a SM & ML?
SM is UK size 8/10 & ML 12/14.  Please see our size guide which includes international size conversions for more information.

Can I split the packs?
Unfortunately we cannot split any packs.  We only sell in ratio packs which are usually 8 or 10 pieces.  A full breakdown of sizes is given on each styles product information.

Can I buy samples?
We do not sell samples individually. However you are more than welcome to purchase packs from us.

Can I use your pictures on my website?
Yes, you can use the pictures of any product you have bought from us. Pictures should be used ONLY for re-selling of the product and not for Marketing / Advertising/ Promotional activities outside your own retail shop or website. This service is strictly for our clients.

I have a discount code, how do I use this?
To add a discount code you must enter this into the box provided when viewing your shopping cart. Once you continue to check out the discount will then be deducted.

How do I view the prices for items?
To view our prices you must first register an account on our website. Once you log in to your account you will be able to see all of our prices and buy online.

Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No you do not need an appointment to visit the showroom, you can just come by during our opening hours to browse and buy. For opening hours and showroom address please see Visit Us

How do I return an item?
Damages and returns must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving goods. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery in its original condition. Once received we will issue a refund for the item. For detailed information please check our terms and conditions and returns policy.

How do I sign up to the newsletter?
When you create a trade account with us you will automatically be added to our mailing list. We aim to send 2-3 newsletters every week.

What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum spend and the minimum order is one pack/bundle. With shipment charges being calculated in weight brackets it is often more economical to customers to purchase multiple packs at once.
